No Secondary Employment. Employee agrees to devote all of his productive time, ability and attention to CERTNA’s business. During the Term, as defined in Section 3.5 of this Agreement, Employee shall not hold secondary employment and shall be employed exclusively by CERTNA, subject to any exceptions approved in writing by the CERTNA Board; however, Employee has the right to volunteer for such nonprofit organizations as he may see fit provided that such volunteer services shall not interfere with his duties on behalf of CERTNA.

Provided, however, that Employee has the right to volunteer for such nonprofit organizations as he may see fit; and further provided that such volunteer services shall not interfere with his duties as General Manager.
