NO STRIKE AND NO LOCKOUT. 5.01 In view of the orderly procedures established by this Agreement and provisions of the Labour Relations Act, the Union agrees that there will be no strike, slowdown, work stoppage either complete or partial or other interruption or interference with operations during the term of this Agreement.
