No Strike/No Report. In consideration of the rights and privileges extended to the employee organization pursuant to or arising from the foregoing provisions of this Agreement during the term of this Agreement, the parties hereto agree that there shall be no strikes of any kind whatsoever; work stoppages; slowdowns; or interference or interruption with the operations of the schools by any member of the Association. Likewise, during the term of this Agreement, in the event that the Superintendent or designee notifies members not to report to work during any of the above mentioned events caused by another association, those bargaining unit members will be paid for those normally scheduled work day hours.
