NO STRIKE/NOLOCKOUT. ‌ There shall be no stoppage of work by either strike or lockout because of any dispute over matters relating to the provisions herein or during the time that any grievance or other matters are in dispute. All such matters must be handled in the manner later provided in this Agreement.
