Node-Locked Licenses. If Licensee has licensed Software on a node-locked basis, Licensee may install and use one instance of the Software on a single computer either physically installed or on a virtual image on that computer only at Licensee’s site(s) for Licensee’s Internal Purposes only in accordance with the License Level. A node-locked license is limited to use by a single User on a single computer or virtual image; Licensee may not install the Software on a shared computer. Copying a virtual image for the purposes of using the image either simultaneously or as a replacement on another machine is strictly prohibited.
Node-Locked Licenses. A node-locked Licence is valid only on a single Designated Computer (“Node-locked Licence”). A separate Licence Fee must be paid for each Designated Computer, and Licensee may not use the Software on any system(s) not specifically licensed. A Node-locked Licence shall not be used on a system that permits remote / network login unless that system is for the exclusive use of a single person. This means that Licensee shall not use systems such as Citrix, VNC, or any other similar systems, to allow multiple users, simultaneously or otherwise, to use a single Node-locked Licence. A Node-locked Licence may be transferred to a different Designated Computer upon request.

Any terms not defined in this Schedule 6 will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Agreement. The provisions of this Schedule 6 will be in addition to the terms included in the Master Terms and Conditions, provided that in the event of a conflict between the terms included in this Schedule 6 and the Master Terms and Conditions, the terms included in this Schedule 6 will control. If Licensee has licensed InstallAnywhere on a node-locked basis, Licensee may install and use one instance of InstallAnywhere on a single computer either physically installed or on a virtual image on that computer only at Licensee’s site(s) for Licensee’s Internal Purposes only in accordance with the License Level. A node-locked license is limited to use by a single User on a single computer or virtual image; Licensee may not install InstallAnywhere on a shared computer. Copying a virtual image for the purposes of using the image either simultaneously or as a replacement on another machine is strictly prohibited.
Node-Locked Licenses. Unless Viavi specifically describes in writing a license for Server Software as a “floating license,” Customer may install and permit Authorized Users and/or End Users to install and use the client portion of such Software solely in connection with the use of the Server Software and only on one (1) computer for each authorized node (“Authorized Customer Computer”). All activities related to the operation of the client portion of the Software must be performed on the same Authorized Customer Computer. The maximum number of Authorized Customer and End User Computers shall be one (1), unless Viavi specifies another number in writing.

If customer has licensed Software on a node-locked basis, customer may install and use one instance of the Software on a single computer only at customer’s site(s) for customer’s internal business purposes only in accordance with the License Level. You may install and use one copy of the Software on a single computer only for your internal business purposes. A node-locked license is limited to use by a single individual on a single computer; sharing of node-locked licenses between individuals sharing a computer is not allowed, unless each individual accessing or using the Software has acquired a license for the Software. For the avoidance of doubt, a license is required for each individual user of the Software on a computer, even if such user is logging into a common or shared account. , Node Locked Licenses may be used by You in a virtualized environment, provided that the number of virtualized images used does not exceed the total number of Node-Locked Licenses You have acquired and provided that the Node-Locked license is not used concurrently, in conjunction with or contemporaneously with the virtualized image.

If Ordering Activity has licensed Software on a node-locked basis, Ordering Activity may install and use one instance of the Software on a single computer either physically installed or on a virtual image on that computer only at Ordering Activity’s site(s) for Ordering Activity’s Internal Purposes only in accordance with the License Level. A node-locked license is limited to use by a single User on a single computer or virtual image; Ordering Activity may not install the Software on a shared computer. Copying a virtual image for the purposes of using the image either simultaneously or as a replacement on another machine is strictly prohibited.
