Commercial Licence. A commercial licence allows the Customer to use the Products for consulting to third parties.
Commercial Licence. A “Commercial Licence” refers to a license issued by DevRoom for a specific Product. A Commercial Licence may have a cost that is separate to the Payment and Product Cost. Commercial Licences at DevRoom follow a particular format as follows, I. Commercial Licence A: A. Product may be sold to one purchaser. B. If or when the Product is sold, the Client forfeits all rights and ownership of the Product. The respective rights and ownership of the Product are transferred to the purchaser. The purchaser of the Product is able to sell the Product under Commercial Licence A. II. Commercial Licence B: A. Product may be sold to five purchasers. B. If or when sold to five buyers, the Client retains ownership and rights of the Product. Purchasers of the Product are not able to claim, copy, reproduce, leak, sell or otherwise distribute the Product. III. Commercial Licence C: A. Product may be sold to unlimited purchasers.
Commercial Licence. On receipt of a notice pursuant to clause 3.1 the licence granted under clause 2 will be expanded, without any further payment of License Maintenance Fees, to include the following licence rights with effect from the First Sale Date: a non-exclusive, royalty-bearing world-wide licence under the Licensed Patent Rights to manufacture, have manufactured, use, Supply, Import and offer for Supply Licensed Products and Licensed Services, and practice License Processes, in the Field. The licence includes the right for the Licensee to license End-Users to use Licensed Products Supplied by the Licensee in the field, and to practice Licensed Processes in the use of Licensed Products Supplied by the Licensee in the field.
Commercial Licence. Subject to You complying with the conditions in clause 4 and paying the applicable licence fees in accordance with clause 7, the University will issue You with a product serial key (Product Key) and grants to You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence (excluding any right of sub-licence) to use the Software: (a) in a manner consistent with its design and documentation; (b) for research and commercial purposes; (c) on two computers owned by You and located within Your premises; and (d) for one year after the date the Product Key is activated on the Software (Commercial Licence). During the term of the Licence, the University agrees to provide updates to the Software at no extra charge. Any updates to the Software form part of the Software that is the subject of the Licence.
Commercial Licence. The Commercial Licence will come into effect on the First Sale Date and unless terminated earlier in accordance with this clause or under the general law will continue in force until the end of the Patent Term.

Commercial Licence. When You (the customer) and Your Customer have finished developing your products and wish to sell them to End Users, you will require a Commercial Licence. A Commercial Licence authorises You to sell on the Bootloader Files generated by the OmniBooter Config Tool within your product. A Commercial Licence will be agreed between You and Embed on a case by case basis in consideration for an agreement to pay a Royalty payment to Embed.
