Non-Bargaining Unit Personnel. Non-Bargaining Unit Personnel may continue to perform bargaining unit work which is incidental to their jobs. However, they may perform bargaining unit work in emergency situations and where such work is necessary to train a bargaining unit employee. Such work by said personnel shall not cause a reduction in overtime opportunities for, any layoffs of bargaining unit employees
