Recognition and Exclusive Representation. (A) Definition of Bargaining Unit and Employees Covered by this Agreement. The Company recognizes the Union as the sole exclusive representative and bargaining agent with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours and other conditions of employment for the bargaining unit comprised of all full-time regular part-time employees as defined in (5-RC-15850 & 5-RC- 074500) employed by DynCorp International LLC, Helicopter Maintenance located at Joint Base Xxxxxxx. The word "employee" or "employees", as used in this Agreement, means all employees of the Company employed at the aforementioned site in job classifications listed in Appendix A of this Agreement and those provided for in Article 8 of this Agreement:
(B) Excluded are all Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers, Production Supervisors, Aircraft Supervisors, including all aircraft employees already organized, office clerical employees, professional employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

The Company recognizes the Union as the sole exclusive representative and bargaining agent with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours and other conditions of employment for the bargaining unit comprised of all full-time regular part-time employees as defined in (5-RC-15850) employed by DynCorp InternationalLLC, Xxxxxxx Support Divisionlocated at Xxxxxxx AFB. The word "employee" or "employees", as used in this Agreement, means all employees of the Company employed at the aforementioned site in job classifications listed in Appendix A of this Agreement and those provided for in Article VIII of this Agreement: The Company has also agreed to include Plan & Scheduler I, II and III employees in the bargaining unit covered by this Agreement.
(B) Excluded are all branch managers, assistant branch managers, production supervisors, aircraft supervisors, including transient and dock aircraft supervisors, electronic technician supervisors, aircraft quality control inspectors, quality branch instructors, all aircraft employees already organized, office clerical employees, professional employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

The Company recognizes the Union certified by the National Labor Relations Board, as the exclusive representative and bargaining agent with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours and other conditions of employment for the bargaining unit comprised of all full-time and regular part-time aircraft mechanics, aircraft workers, electronic/avionics technicians, quality control inspectors, production control clerks and lead aircraft mechanic employed by the employer at the C-20 operation at Xxxxxxx Air Force Base in the classification listed in Appendix A of this Agreement. The word "employee" or "employees", as used in this Agreement, means all employees of the Company employed at the C-20 operation at Xxxxxxx Air Force Base, Maryland in the job classification listed in Appendix A of this Agreement and those provided for in Article VIII of this Agreement:
(B) Employees Excluded from the Bargaining Unit Excluded are all office clerical employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

The Company recognizes the Union as the sole exclusive representative and bargaining agent with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours and other conditions of employment for the bargaining unit comprised of all full-time regular part-time Munitions Maintenance Technician employed by Tech Systems, Inc., located at Joint Base Xxxxxxx. The word "employee" or "employees", as used in this Agreement, means all Munitions Maintenance Technicians employed by the Company at the aforementioned site
(B) Excluded are all managers, office clerical employees, professional employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.
Recognition and Exclusive Representation. 14 For the period of this Agreement, the Company recognizes and accepts the Union as the exclusive representative for 15 the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment or other conditions of 16 employment of employees of the Company.
Recognition and Exclusive Representation. Section 3.1. The Company recognizes the INTERNATIONAL UNION, SECURITY POLICE AND FIRE PROFESSIONALS OF AMERICA (SPFPA) and its amalgamated Local No. 711, as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative for the purpose of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment and other conditions of employment, for the employees of the Company as described in Section 3.2 of this Article and in accordance with the National Labor Relations Act, as amended.
Section 3.2. For the purpose of this agreement, the term “Employee” shall include all guard employees including security dispatchers and part-time guard employees employed by Paragon Systems, Inc. at the Xxxx C, Stennis Space Center in Xxxxxxx County, Mississippi, as certified by the National Labor Relations Board in Case Number 15-RC-7238, dated April 4, 1986, excluding all other employees including office and clerical employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.

The word "employee" or "employees", as used in this Agreement, means all employees of the Company employed at the aforementioned site in job classifications listed in Appendix A of this Agreement and those provided for in Article 8 of this Agreement:
(B) Excluded are all Branch managers, Assistant Branch Managers, Production Supervisors (SAM4), Aircraft Supervisors, including Dock Aircraft Supervisors, Electronic Technician Supervisors, all aircraft employees already organized, office clerical employees, professional employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.
Recognition and Exclusive Representation. The Company recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive Collective Bargaining agency for the purpose of Collective Bargaining with respect to rates of pay, hours of work, and other conditions of employment pursuant to Sections 9(a) of the National Labor Relations Act and the certifications of representation in:
(a) Case No. 15-RC-4714 of the 16th day of September, 1971, and, Case No. 15-RC-4713 of the 23rd day of September, 1971 for cafeteria, fire department, operations, transportation, maintenance, warehouse, inventory and purchasing employees of the Company at the Stennis Space Center, excluding watchmen, guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act; and,
(b) Case No. 15-RC-6461 of the 23rd day of July, 1979 for all office clerical employees, including property administrators, planner/schedulers and estimators employed by the Company at the Stennis Space Center; excluding all other employees, including industrial relations employees, administrative secretaries, confidential employees, technical writers, licensed and/or professional engineers, field engineers, associate engineers, architects, physicians, head nurses, nurses, guards, watchmen, foremen and supervisors as defined in the Act.
(c) Case No. 15-RC-7805 dated 20 December 1993 for all compositors, reproduction operators, photographers, video technicians, photo technicians, illustrators and technical information specialists employed by the employer at the Stennis Space Center; excluding all other employees; guards, watchmen andsupervisors.
(d) Case No. 15-RC-7897 dated 2 March 1995 for Utility Service Control technicians employed by the Company at the Stennis Space Center, excluding all professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.
(e) Case No. 15-RC-3217 dated 7 March 1966 for janitors, matrons and refuse employees employed by the Company at the Stennis Space Center, excluding professional, technical, office clerical employees, guards and supervisors.
(f) Case No. 15-RC-4714 and Case No. 15-RC-4713 dated 5 September 2001 for Visitors Relations Specialist I and Visitors Relations Specialist II employees employed by the Company at the Stennis Space Center, for cafeteria, fire department, operations, transportation, maintenance, warehouse, inventory and purchasing employees of the Company at the Stennis Space Center, excluding watchmen, guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in theAct.

Recognition and Exclusive Representation. 28 (A) Definition of Bargaining Unit and Employees Covered by this 29 Agreement. 30 The Company recognizes the Union as the exclusive 31 representative and bargaining agent with respect to rates of pay, 32 wages, hours and other conditions of employment for the 33 bargaining unit comprised of all full time, regular, and part-time 34 fuel services employees of Xxxx Aviation at the Fort Xxxxx AFB 35 and Yakima Training Facilities Locations. The word "employee" 36 or "employees", as used in this Agreement, means all employees 37 of the Company employed at the aforementioned sites in job 1 classifications listed in Appendix A of this Agreement and those 2 provided for in Article VIII of this Agreement.

Section 2 All full-time, part-time, and temporary production and maintenance employees, including Inspectors, Senior Mechanics, Mechanics, Shop Inspectors, Helpers, Senior Scheduler, Documentation Clerks, Scheduler/Order Clerk II, and Material Laborers employed by the Employer at the Engine Regional Repair Center facility located at Xxxxxxxx Air Force Base, Texas.
