Non-Bargaining Unit Personnel. 35.1. The Employer reserves the right to hire persons to perform bargaining unit work on a temporary basis. They shall not be covered by the terms of this Agreement. 35.2. The supervisors and other non-bargaining unit personnel may perform bargaining unit work at any time. 35.3. The Employer reserves the right to hire irregular part-time employees to perform bargaining unit work. They shall not be covered by the terms of this Agreement.
