Non-Local Traffic. 34.1.1 Carrier will compensate CenturyLink for Non-Local Traffic based on the applicable access charges in accordance with FCC and Commission Rules and Regulations.
Non-Local Traffic. 6.2.4.2.1 Non-Local Traffic will be exchanged over Type 2 facilities and usage will be rated using the FCC’s Access Tariff and the applicable switched Access rates.
Non-Local Traffic. 6.3.9.1 Applicable Qwest switched Access Tariff rates apply to Non-Local Traffic routed to a Toll/Access Tandem, Local Tandem, or directly to an End Office. Applicable Qwest switched Access Tariff rates also apply to InterMTA and Roaming traffic originated by, or terminating to, Qwest. Relevant rate elements could include Direct Trunked Transport, Tandem switching, Tandem Transmission, and Local switching, as appropriate.
Non-Local Traffic. 4.1.1. Compensation for the termination of non-Local traffic and the origination of 800 traffic between the interconnecting Parties shall be based on the applicable access charges in accordance with FCC and Commission Rules and Regulations.

Upon written request by Xxxxx, Western Wireless agrees to complete a reasonable InterMTA traffic study within sixty (60) days after the request in order to determine the actual InterMTA factor.
