NON-OFFICE Clause Samples
NON-OFFICE. Overtime rate shall be double the standard rate:
a) For all time worked prior to 7:55 a.m. or after 7:00 p.m., Monday to Friday inclusive.
b) For all time worked on Saturdays, Sundays and Company holidays and scheduled vacation and/or banked time.
c) For all time worked by shift workers and relief operators on their scheduled day of rest.
NON-OFFICE. Normal standby duties will be from 4:30 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. the following day, for which the employee will receive $22.00 per full day Monday to Friday and $84.00 per full day, Saturday, Sunday and Company Holidays or 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Relief Operators who are required to take standby will receive standby pay on the same basis as operators as outlined in Schedule 2. Standby schedules for Customer Service and Meter Maintenance will be at least 30 calendar days duration and posted 30 calendar days prior to implementation. Customer Service normal standby duties will be paid at the following rates: $42.00 per full day Saturday $84.00 per full day Sunday and Company Holidays.
