Non Operating Employees. (a) Normal scheduled hours of work for non-operating employees shall be thirty-seven and one-half (37 1/2) hours per week consisting of five (5) consecutive days, Monday to Friday inclusive, each day to be seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours (exclusive of a meal break) between the hours of 07:00 and 18:00 local time.
