Non-poaching the Executive shall not for a period of 12 months after the Termination Date solicit the employment or engagement of any Key Employee in a business which is in competition with any Relevant Group Company (whether or not such person would breach their contract of employment or engagement by reason of their leaving the service of the business in which they work).
Non-poaching the Executive shall not during his employment or for a period of twelve months after the Termination Date directly or indirectly:
(a) induce or attempt to induce any Employee of the Company or a Group Company to leave the employment of the Company or a Group Company (whether or not this would be a breach of contract by that employee) for the purposes of being involved in or engaged in the types of business referred to in sub-clauses 22.2.1(a) and 22.2.1(b) above; or
(b) engage, attempt to engage, employ, attempt to employ or offer employment or work (and in each case whether directly or indirectly, including through an employment agency or other intermediary) to any Employee for the purposes of being involved in or engaged in the types of business referred to in sub-clauses 22.2.1(a) and 22.2.1(b) above.
Non-poaching the Executive shall not for a period of 6 months after the Termination Date directly or indirectly induce or attempt to induce any senior employee of the Company or a Group Company who is engaged in any business activity carried on by the Company or a Group Company at the Termination Date and with whom the Executive during the 6 months ending on the Termination Date had material dealings in the course of his employment, to leave the employment of the Company or a Group Company (whether or not this would be a breach of contract by that employee for the purposes of being involved in or engaged in the types of business referred to in sub-clauses 2(1)(a) and (b) above).
Non-poaching the Executive shall not for a period of 9 months after the Termination Date directly or indirectly:
(a) induce or attempt to induce any employee of the Employer or a Group Company who is engaged in any business activity carried on by the Employer or a Group Company at the Termination Date and with whom the Executive during the 6 months ending on the Termination Date had dealings in the course of his employment, to leave the employment of the Employer or a Group Company (whether or not this would be a breach of contract by that employee); or
(b) engage, attempt to engage, employ, attempt to employ or offer employment or work (and in each case whether directly or indirectly, including through an employment agency or other intermediary) to any employee of the Employer or a Group Company who is engaged in any business activity carried on by the Employer or a Group Company at the Termination Date and with whom the Executive during the 6 months ending on the Termination Date had dealings in the course of his employment.
Non-poaching. 12.1 During the Term, and for a period of 24 months after termination neither party shall hire the other party’s employees without the consent of the other party.
Non-poaching. You covenant and agree that for a period of two (2) years following the Separation Date, you will not solicit or attempt to solicit, directly or by assisting others, any person who was an employee of the Company or any affiliate of the Company on, or within six (6) months before, the date of such solicitation or attempted solicitation, to leave the employment of the Company or such affiliate.
Non-poaching. Both the parties agree and acknowledge that while this Agreement is in force and for a period of twenty-four (24) months thereafter, they shall not directly or indirectly solicit or offer employment to any of the other's officers, employees, third party contractors and associates who have been involved in or associated with this Agreement without the other's prior written consent. Both the parties understand and agree that 24 months period is reasonable after considering training and grooming time as well as investments made on human resources.
Non-poaching. I agree that while I am employed by the Company and for a period of twelve (12) months thereafter, I will not solicit or recruit any of the Company’s or its Affiliates’ employees or independent contractors providing services to the Company or its Affiliates.
Non-poaching. The Employee undertakes not to seek or make an employment offer in any way whatsoever as employee or consultant, either on his own behalf or on behalf of any person or company for which he would become an employee, a corporate officer, a shareholder, a consultant or otherwise interested, to an employee working within the Company or within an entity belonging to the Company’s group. The Employee also undertakes not to use in any circumstance, for whatever reason and capacity (CEO, employee, consultant, associate or any other position, even as a nonprofit), for his own benefit or for the benefit of a third party, the studies and projects led by the Company on which he worked on or he was aware of in performing his duties.
Non-poaching endeavour to entice away from the Council any person who has at any time during the 3 months immediately preceding the termination of your employment been employed or engaged by the Council or otherwise encourage any such employee to breach their Contract
