The direct material price shall include all discounts and rebates for core value and salvage value that accrue to the Contractor and Contractor-furnished warehousing cost. Equipment costs shall include rental and lease costs, ownership costs where Contractor-owned, equipment mobilization, and tools, not priced under the recurring work portion of the contract.
