NON-SOLICITATION (EMPLOYEES. During the Executive’s employment with the Employer and for twelve (12) months after the Executive’s date of termination, the Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, either as an individual or as an employee, agent, consultant, advisor, independent contractor, general partner, officer, director, stockholder, investor, lender, or in any other capacity whatsoever, of any person, firm, corporation, or partnership, induce or attempt to induce, or hire, any person, who at the time of such inducement or hire is an employee of the Employer (or who was, within the six (6) months prior to such inducement or hire, an employee) to perform work or service for any other person or entity other than the Employer.
NON-SOLICITATION (EMPLOYEES. For a period of [ ] months following Participant’s termination of employment, Participant agrees that Participant will not induce or solicit or attempt to induce or solicit any employee of Columbia to leave his or her employment with Columbia and/or accept employment elsewhere.
NON-SOLICITATION (EMPLOYEES. By executing this Agreement, Executive acknowledges that he understands that Employer’s ability to operate its business depends upon its ability to attract and retain skilled people and that Employer has and will continue to invest substantial resources in training such individuals. Therefore, during the Restricted Period, Executive shall not, without the prior written permission of Parent, directly solicit, employ or retain, or have or cause any other person or entity to solicit, employ or retain, any person who is employed by Employer.
NON-SOLICITATION (EMPLOYEES. During the course of employment and for a two (2) year period thereafter, Employee shall not, for himself or any third party, alone or as a member of a partnership or limited liability company, or as an officer, director, shareholder or otherwise, directly or indirectly, solicit or contact any employee of Company or any Affiliate of Company, with a view to inducing or encouraging such employee to leave the employ of Company or its Affiliates, for the purpose of being employed at a company employing Employee, a employer affiliated with Company or any competitor of Company or any affiliate thereof.
NON-SOLICITATION (EMPLOYEES. During Associate’s employment and for two (2) years immediately following the cessation of Associate’s employment with the Company for any reason, Associate will not solicit or in any manner encourage employees of the Company to leave the employ of the Company.
NON-SOLICITATION (EMPLOYEES. The Grantee acknowledges and agrees that during the period of Grantee’s employment by the Company (or any Subsidiary), and for a period of one (1) year after termination of Grantee’s Service Relationship for any reason, with or without Cause, Grantee shall not directly or indirectly, either alone or in concert with others, solicit, entice, or encourage the hiring of any employee of the Company (or any Subsidiary) unless such person was involuntarily terminated or laid off by the Company (or any Subsidiary). NON-SOLICITATION (EMPLOYEES. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that during the period of Participant’s employment by the Corporation (or any subsidiary), and for a period of one (1) year after termination of Participant’s Service Relationship for any reason, with or without Cause, Participant shall not directly or indirectly, either alone or in concert with others, solicit, entice, or encourage the hiring of any employee of the Corporation (or any Subsidiary) unless such person was involuntarily terminated or laid off by the Corporation (or any subsidiary). 3
NON-SOLICITATION (EMPLOYEES. I agree not to solicit for employment (or to assist with such solicitation), or to hire (including employment as a full-time or part-time employee or as a consultant) any employee or former employee of the Company until: (1) the expiration of six months after I cease to serve on the Company’s Board of Directors, or (2) the expiration of six months after the date of my final severance payment pursuant to this Release, whichever is later (the “Non-Competition Period”). The restrictions set forth in this paragraph apply to the solicitation or hiring of any person who is, or within the two years before the termination of my employment, was an employee or consultant of the Company.
NON-SOLICITATION (EMPLOYEES. During my employment and for one (1) year thereafter, I will not, and will not assist any other party to, (a) hire or solicit for hiring any employee of the Company or seek to persuade any employee of the Company to discontinue employment or (b) solicit or encourage any independent contractor providing services to the Company or its Affiliates to terminate or diminish its relationship with them. For purposes hereof, general solicitations not directed at a particular person or advertising in media directed at the general public shall not provide the basis for a claim by the Company that I violated this provision.
