Nonworking Days Sample Clauses

The Nonworking Days clause defines which days are not considered business days for the purposes of the contract, such as weekends and public holidays. In practice, this means that deadlines, notice periods, or other time-sensitive obligations are extended to the next working day if they fall on a nonworking day. This clause ensures that parties are not disadvantaged by deadlines coinciding with days when normal business operations are suspended, thereby providing clarity and fairness in the administration of contractual timelines.
