The Normal Disciplinary Procedures clause outlines the standard process an organization follows when addressing employee misconduct or breaches of workplace rules. Normal Disciplinary Procedures. The normal disciplinary procedure shall be as follows:
(1) Oral reprimand, accompanied by a written directive clarifying expectations.

(3) Suspension or Demotion (Copy to Union office)
(4) Discharge (Copy to Union office) Subd. 5. Written Reprimand: When any disciplinary action more severe than an oral reprimand is intended, the School District shall, before or at the time such action is taken, notify the employee in writing of the specific reason(s) for such action, with a copy to the Union office.
