Not Full-Time. Eligible nurses being paid for less than a full eighty (80) hour payroll period shall have their sick leave accrual pro-rated in accordance with the schedule set forth in Appendix C.

Not Full-Time. The Contractor acknowledges that IISD is not their only source of income/client and that the Work is not intended to be an ongoing full time commitment by the Contractor, (i.e. the amount of effort required will vary, at times potentially amounting to a full-time commitment but at other times being less – there is no guarantee) and the Contractor may in its discretion seek other opportunities for services or employment provided that they do not conflict with any obligations under this Agreement.

  • Full-Time Only During the year of the leave, seniority shall continue to accumulate. Service for the purposes of vacation and salary progression and other benefits will be retained but will not accumulate during the period of the leave.

  • Regular Full-Time Employee An employee who is in a regular budgeted position and whose normal work schedule is intended to be forty (40) hours of work per week.

  • Less-Than-Full-Time Employees (a) For less-than-full-time employees (including part-time, seasonal, and intermittent employees), who have at least eighty (80) paid regular hours in the month, the Employer shall contribute a prorated amount of the contribution for full-time employees. This prorated contribution shall be based on the ratio of paid regular hours to full-time hours to the nearest full percent, except that less-than-full-time employees who have at least eighty (80) paid regular hours in a month shall receive no less than one-half (½) of the contribution for full-time employees.

  • Regular Full-Time Employees A regular full-time employee is one who works full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular full-time employees accumulate seniority and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.

  • Full-Time Union Leave Any employee who is selected to a full time union position will be granted a leave of absence without pay and without loss of seniority to fill the term of office. The employee shall be allowed to continue with all benefit plans and shall pay the full premiums of these plans. The term can be extended by mutual agreement. Union leave time is considered as time worked for all purposes of the collective agreement.
