  • Orthodontia lifetime maximum Orthodontia benefits are subject to a three thousand dollar ($3,000) lifetime maximum benefit.

  • Per Diems A flat rate of fifty dollars ($50.00) per day shall be paid for each day worked. Ground persons and VC Tech I and II will be eligible for twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per day. An employee must work four (4) hours, or until noon whichever is later, or more to be entitled to subsistence for the day. The Company shall pay for reasonable lodging for all classifications when working more than 100 miles from their yard with no more than two people per room and one person per bed.
