- Notice and Conference Required. In the event the Employer finds it necessary to subcontract out work now being performed by employees that may result in a displacement of employees, the Union will be notified no less than sixty (60) calendar days in advance. During this sixty (60) day period the Employer will meet with the Union to discuss ways and means of minimizing any impact the subcontracting may have on the employees and the Union may submit proposals concerning the terms and conditions of employment and/or this Agreement which it believes may be relevant to any decision to contract out or reassign work then performed by bargaining unit employees.

  • Pre-Observation Conference The pre-observation conference shall be held prior to each formal observation. The teacher and evaluator will mutually agree when to conference.
