Notice to Authority. Company will adhere to and abide by the security measures and procedures established by Authority and/or the TSA and any terms of service agreed to by Authority with regards to data security. In the event Company or Company’s subcontractor (if any) discovers or is notified of a Data Breach or potential Data Breach of security relating to Authority data or third party data, Company will promptly,
(a) Notify Authority of such breach or potential Data Breach no later than twenty-four (24) hours following discovery; and (b) If the applicable Authority data or third party data was in the possession of Company at the time of such Data Breach or potential breach, Company will investigate and cure the Data Breach or potential breach. Such notice must summarize in reasonable detail the nature of Authority data that may have been exposed, and, if applicable, any persons whose Personal Identifiable Information may have been affected or exposed by such Data Breach. Company must not make any public announcements relating to such Data Breach without Authority’s Vice President of Communications’ or designee’s prior written approval.
Notice to Authority. The Subgrantee shall:
(a) Promptly notify the Authority in writing of any uninsured or partially uninsured loss related to the Project through fire, theft, liability, or otherwise in excess of an aggregate of two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500).
(b) Notify the Authority if the Subgrantee is not in good standing or the Subgrantee’s charter is not renewed, revoked, or placed on probation at any time during the Grant Period, within 30 (thirty) days of receipt of notification of such action, including providing the Authority with a copy of the document provided by the chartering entity notifying the charter school of such action.
(c) Notify the Authority, within 30 (thirty) days, of any material changes to the Subgrantee’s facilities, enrollment, charter status, nonprofit status, financial condition, or scope of the Project that occurs between the time of application and the time the Subgrantee’s final report is accepted by the Authority.
(d) Notify the Authority immediately if the facility subject to this Agreement is no longer operating as a charter school or if the number of students attending school at the facility decreases by 20 percent.
Notice to Authority. No later than 30 (thirty) days prior to commencement of the Construction Period or the Operation Period, as the case may be, the Concessionaire shall by notice furnish to the Authority, in reasonable detail, information in respect of the insurances that it proposes to effect and maintain in accordance with this Article 23. Within 15 (fifteen) days of receipt of such notice, the Authority may require the Concessionaire to effect and maintain such other insurances as may be necessary pursuant hereto, and in the event of any difference or disagreement relating to any such insurance, the Dispute Resolution Procedure shall apply.
Notice to Authority. Not later than 15 (fifteen) days from Project Commencement Date, the Concessionaire shall by notice furnish to the Authority, in reasonable detail, information in respect of the insurances that it proposes to effect and maintain in accordance with this Article 21. Within 15 (fifteen) days of receipt of such notice, the Authority may require the Concessionaire to effect and maintain such other insurances as may be necessary pursuant hereto, and in the event of any difference or disagreement relating to any such insurance, the Dispute Resolution Procedure shall apply.
Notice to Authority. The Parties acknowledge and agree that each Party shall provide the Authority with a copy of any termination notice issued by it under this Clause 92 on the same day as such notice is issued to the other Party.
Notice to Authority. Any notice provided for by this Agreement or by law to be served upon Authority may be given or served by certified or registered letter or overnight delivery, addressed to the President/CEO at the administrative offices of the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority, Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxx 00000, Xxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx 00000- 2776, and deposited in the United States mail, or may be served personally upon said President/CEO.
Notice to Authority. Notices to the Authority shall be addressed to President and CEO at the office of the Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority, 0000 Xxxxx Xxxxx, X.X. Box 80001, RDU Airport, North Carolina 27623-0001, and sent by first class U.S. Postal Service mail properly addressed and postage prepaid, sent by registered or certified mail, return receipt required, or by electronic mail to Xxxxxxxxx@xxx.xxx or by a generally recognized express delivery service or by hand delivery to the address stated hereinabove or to such other place as the Authority may designate by notice to the Lessee in writing.

Notice to Authority. The Contractor shall make diligent efforts to obtain the cooperation of each Third Party as necessary for the Project. The Contractor shall notify the Authority immediately if: The Contractor believes that it will be unable to successfully negotiate and obtain execution of a Task Order; The Contractor believes that any Third Party would not undertake or permit a Relocation in a manner consistent with the timely completion of the Project; The Contractor becomes aware that a Third Party is not cooperating in providing needed work or approvals; or Any other dispute arises between the Contractor and any Third Party with respect to the Project, including any dispute as to whether or not a particular Third Party request or requirement is a Betterment.
Notice to Authority. If any Concession Unit or any improvement thereon is damaged or destroyed by fire, hurricane, tornado, or any other casualty, Concessionaire shall promptly give written notice to Authority of the date and nature of such damage.
