Notification of Transfers. 1. The employee and the Local President shall be sent written notification in advance of any transfer for more than five (5) days. In the event the Administration transfers an employee, the employee and the Local President may request a meeting with a representative of the Administration to discuss the transfer.

No later than October 1st of each school year upon request from WCESP, the Human Resources Department, upon request, shall deliver to WCESP a system wide list showing the names of all unit members who have been reassigned or transferred and their seniority. If additional reassignments or transfers are made after October 1st, supplementary lists, upon request, shall be provided to WCESP as soon as practicable.
