Notwithstanding Sections 27. 1 and 27.2, when an employee's duty requires him/her to utilize his/her personal vehicle the Employer shall reimburse the employee for actual parking expenses upon submission of an itemized receipt. When the Employer authorizes a range officer to utilize his/her personal vehicle, the Employer shall reimburse the Employee for mileage calculated between the police station and the target range.
