NSF CHECKS. There will be a $50.00 service charge payable to Lessor on all NSF checks, which charge shall be in addition to, and not in substitution for, any late charges and interest due hereunder.
NSF CHECKS. ( , Initial) In the event the Tenant’s payment check is returned by Landlord/Agent’s Bank for insufficient funds (NSF), the Tenant agrees to pay $50.00 for each occurrence. This is in addition to any late charges that shall also be due. One NSF payment will require all future rent and other payments be paid with guaranteed funds. Funds received shall be applied first to NSF charges, late or other fees, then rent. Rent is not considered paid or received until Tenant’s check clears the bank; therefore, late fees will apply in addition to the NSF fee.
NSF CHECKS. If Landlord receives from tenant two separate checks that are returned due to insufficient funds, Landlord reserves the right to request, through providing written notice to tenant, that all subsequent payments for rent and/or additional fees be submitted in the form of bank issued cashier’s checks or money orders. If tenant fails to comply with this request, tenant will be considered in default under section 12.1 of this lease.
NSF CHECKS. Landlord realizes that Property Manager may accept checks for rental payment. Landlord agrees to reimburse Property Manager for any sums that have been disbursed by Property Manager to Landlord on the faith that a tenants check was good when such check was returned.
NSF CHECKS. A $35.00 administrative fee will apply for all checks returned to OBR Housing by the bank due to insufficient funds or stopped payment.
NSF CHECKS. Customer shall be responsible for a minimum fee of $35 for any returned check, or credit card transaction, in addition to any and all charges or fees incurred by the Company as a result of depositing or re- depositing an NSF check.
NSF CHECKS. This Appendix C will not be construed in any manner to require the TPA to collect insufficient funds, “stop-payment” or otherwise dishonored checks, or other negotiable instruments received for premium payments, which are subsequently not paid by the maker. The TPA will not be liable for any losses to Plan Sponsor or Plan Sponsor’s Plan as a result of such checks or negotiable instruments.
NSF CHECKS. In the event Tenant's rental payment check is returned to ---------- Lessor for N.S.F. (bounced), Lessor will accept as payment only a cashier's check or money order which shall include the amount of a late charge an provided in the lease and a $20.00 return check service charge.
NSF CHECKS. The Xxxxxxxxxxxx Fair Board will charge a $40.00 fee for all NSF checks in addition to the outstanding balance owed to the fair. The board also reserves the right to request money orders or cashiers checks for payment from any vendor.
NSF CHECKS. If a check is returned NSF, Guest shall pay $35.00 as an NSF fee. Xxxxx agrees that this charge represents a fair and reasonable estimate of the costs Owner may incur by reason of Xxxxx’s NSF payment. An NSF check will result in a cancellation of this Agreement if the required payment is not made by the applicable Payment Due Date.
