Number and Authorized Payees. There is no limit on the number of payments or payees you may authorize. You may not make payments to federal, state or local governments or other categories of payees we designate from time to time. When you submit a Bill Pay transaction, you authorize us to transfer funds from your checking account. We will process Bill Pay transactions only to those payees the Credit Union has designated, payees you authorize and payees for whom the Credit Union has the proper payee member number. The Credit Union will not process any Bill Pay transfer if we know the required transaction information is incomplete. In any event, the Credit Union will not be liable for any transaction that contains incorrect information that the Credit Union was not responsible for entering or knowing. If there are insufficient funds in your account to process the Bill Pay transaction, we may refuse to process the transaction or we may process the transaction and transfer funds from any overdraft protection account you have authorized. The Credit Union reserves the right to refuse to process transactions that reasonably appear to the Credit Union to be fraudulent or erroneous.

Processing Payments The amount of your requested xxxx payment will be deducted from your designated checking Account on the scheduled Process Date at 12:00 p.m. (Noon) Pacific Standard Time. A single payment will be processed by us on that date or the next business day should the Process Date fall on a weekend or holiday. If a recurring payment falls on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed based on the following options you elect: (i) “Pay Before” the Process Date will be on the first business date prior to the scheduled process date, or (ii) “Pay After” the Process Date will be on the first business date after the scheduled Process Date. Therefore, you must have sufficient funds available to cover your payment on the applicable Process Date. Neither a single payment nor the total of all daily payments may exceed $99,999.99 or your available balance, whichever is less. There is a dollar limit of $2,500.00 for Pay a Person via e—mail through the Service. Xxxx payments are delivered to the payee either electronically, which may take up to one to two (1—2) business days from the scheduled Process Date, or by check to those payees not set up to accept electronic payments, which may take up to five to seven (5—7) business days from the scheduled Process Date. It is your responsibility to schedule your xxxx payments so that your obligations will be paid on time.   • Funds Available and Authorized; Payments a. Contractor shall not be compensated for Work performed under this Contract by any other agency or department of the State of Oregon or the federal government. ODHS certifies that it has sufficient funds currently authorized for expenditure to finance the costs of this Contract within ODHS' current biennial appropriation or limitation. Contractor understands and agrees that ODHS’ payment for Work performed is contingent on ODHS receiving appropriations, limitations, allotments or other expenditure authority sufficient to allow ODHS, in the exercise of its reasonable administrative discretion, to continue to make payments under this Contract.

  • Funds Available and Authorized Contractor will not be compensated for Services performed under this Contract by any agency or department of the State of Oregon other than Agency. Agency believes it has sufficient funds currently available and authorized for expenditure to make payments under this Contract within Agency’s biennial appropriation or limitation. Contractor understands and agrees that Agency’s payments under this Contract are contingent on Agency receiving appropriations, limitations, or other expenditure authority sufficient to allow Agency, in the exercise of its reasonable administrative discretion, to continue to make payments under this Contract.

  • PRE-AUTHORIZED PAYMENTS The Primary Cardholder is responsible for all pre-authorized payments (PAPs) charged to the Account. This includes PAPs charged to the Account before the Agreement is cancelled or after the Agreement ends, or charges by any Authorized User, or those that are made after an Authorized User Card has been cancelled, unless the merchant receives a written request from you to cancel the PAP before the PAP is charged to the Account. You must contact a merchant in writing if you want to cancel any PAP and then check the statement to confirm the PAP was cancelled. If the PAP was not cancelled, we may be able to assist you if you provide us with a copy of the written cancellation request you sent to the merchant. You must provide merchants with adequate, correct and up-to-date information for any PAPs, including if your Card number or Card expiry date changes. However, if you have a PAP with a merchant and your Card number or Card expiry date changes, you agree that we may, but we are not required to, provide that merchant with your new Card number or Card expiry date including by using the updating service provided to us through your Card’s payment card network. We are not responsible if any PAPs cannot be posted to the Account. You must settle any dispute or liability you may have for the Transactions relating to those PAPs directly with the merchant involved.

  • RIGHT TO STOP PRE-AUTHORIZED PAYMENTS If You want to stop any pre- authorized payments, call Us at 000.000.0000 or write Us at 0000 X Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, XX 00000 in time for Us to receive Your stop payment request 3 business days or more before the payment is scheduled to be made. If You call, We may also require You to put Your request in writing and get it to Us within 14 days after You call. To be sure that a third party does not bill You again for the "stopped" payment or to cancel the entire pre-authorized payment arrangement, contact the third party. To ensure that recurring preauthorized charges established and authorized by You are not interrupted in the event that Your Card or other Access Device is reissued, We may, but are under no obligation to do so, enroll Your account in automatic account information update services that communicate new Card/Access Device information to the service providers with whom You have established preauthorized recurring charges, the purpose of which is to ensure charges You authorize continue without interruption. NOTICE OF VARYING AMOUNTS. If regular pre-authorized payments may vary in amount, the person You are going to pay will tell You, 10 days before each payment, when it will be made and how much it will be. You may choose instead to get this notice only when the payment would differ by more than a certain amount from the previous payment, or when the amount would fall outside certain limits that You set.

  • Organization; Power and Authority The Company is a corporation duly organized, validly existing and in good standing under the laws of its jurisdiction of incorporation, and is duly qualified as a foreign corporation and is in good standing in each jurisdiction in which such qualification is required by law, other than those jurisdictions as to which the failure to be so qualified or in good standing could not, individually or in the aggregate, reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect. The Company has the corporate power and authority to own or hold under lease the properties it purports to own or hold under lease, to transact the business it transacts and proposes to transact, to execute and deliver this Agreement and the Notes and to perform the provisions hereof and thereof.

  • Organization and Authority The Subscriber is a Delaware limited liability company, validly existing and in good standing under the laws of Delaware and possesses all requisite power and authority necessary to carry out the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. Upon execution and delivery by you, this Agreement is a legal, valid and binding agreement of Subscriber, enforceable against Subscriber in accordance with its terms, except as such enforceability may be limited by applicable bankruptcy, insolvency, fraudulent conveyance or similar laws affecting the enforcement of creditors’ rights generally and subject to general principles of equity (regardless of whether enforcement is sought in a proceeding at law or in equity).
