Number of Placements. The Clinical Education Setting shall have sole discretion to determine its capacity to accept Students for clinical placement under this Agreement, whether such capacity is described in terms of the number of Students on-site at any one time, the number of hours of clinical supervision that the Clinical Education Setting can provide over a period of time, or other such description of capacity. The Clinical Education Setting shall communicate such capacity to WCTC before Students may be assigned to the Clinical Education Setting.
