If the student has self-reported his/her disability to the Universities, the University’s Department of Disability Services will consult with Agency’s fieldwork supervisor on a case-by-case basis to determine whether the University or the Agency will provide reasonable accommodation(s). In the event the Agency furnishes the reasonable accommodation(s) for the student, the University agrees to reimburse the Agency for costs incurred by the Agency for providing the reasonable accommodation(s), except for accommodations involving permanent structural alterations to the Agency’s property.

The Clinical Education Setting shall have sole discretion to determine its capacity to accept Students for clinical placement under this Agreement, whether such capacity is described in terms of the number of Students on-site at any one time, the number of hours of clinical supervision that the Clinical Education Setting can provide over a period of time, or other such description of capacity. The Clinical Education Setting shall communicate such capacity to WCTC before Students may be assigned to the Clinical Education Setting.
