Number of School Resource Officers. 1. The Chief of North Port Police shall assign two regularly employed police officers to North Port High School.

The Chief of North Port Police shall assign a total of two regularly employed police officers to be responsible for four elementary schools, Glenallen Elementary, Toledo Blade Elementary, Cranberry Elementary and Lamarque Elementary. Each SRO will be assigned to two elementary schools, and shall divide his or her time between the two schools as he or she deems necessary.

The Chief shall assign one (1) regularly employed Woodbury Police Officer to the schools of the Xxxxxx-Xxxxxxxx School District located within the Town of Woodbury, including Xxxxxx-Xxxxxxxx High School, Xxxxxx-Xxxxxxxx Middle School, Central Valley Elementary School and Xxxxx Clove Elementary School, five (5) days a week. Although the primary assignment of the SRO shall be at the High School, the SRO will be required to visit other schools in the District as set forth above.

3. The Sheriff shall assign two floating full-time deputy sheriffs to serve the elementary schools.
4. The Sheriff shall assign three full-time supervisors (One Lieutenant, two Sergeants) to oversee the deputy sheriffs assigned above and to perform scheduled or non-scheduled visits to middle and high schools and to perform other assigned tasks including:
a. Approving reports, providing leadership, training, direction, evaluation, analyzing campus statistics and problem areas, establishing rapport with administration.
b. Being available for investigation for School Board. (Criminal related incidents on School Board employees which have students listed as the complainant/victim.)
c. Investigating expulsion requests and assisting with delivery of expulsion hearing notices with School Board employees.
d. The Sheriff shall assign the SRO Lieutenant and two sergeants to the Landings School Administration Complex. The supervisors will serve as a liaison to the Chief of Sarasota School District Police, and other school district personnel.
Number of School Resource Officers. The Chief shall assign one (1) regularly employed Riverhead Police Officer to Riverhead High School, five (5) days a week and assign one (1) regularly employed Riverhead Police Officer to Riverhead Middle School, five (5) days a week. Although the primary assignment of the SROs shall be at the High School and Middle School, the SROs may be required to visit other schools in the District.
Number of School Resource Officers. The Town shall provide eight (8) part-time police officers to act as School Resource Officers (“SROs”) to fulfill the School Board’s needs to properly staff the School Resource Officer Program, as further described herein. Pursuant to this agreement, the Chief shall assign SROs to the high school, middle school and elementary schools of the Xxxxxx-Xxxxxxxx School District located within the Town of Woodbury, including the Xxxxxx-Xxxxxxxx High School, Xxxxxx-Xxxxxxxx Middle School, Middle School, Central Valley Elementary School and Xxxxx Clove Elementary, Monday through Friday, each week.
