Nurse, Local. Unit Officer, WSNA Representative, Patient Care Services Administrator/CNO, and Chief Executive Officer. If the matter is not resolved at Step 2 to the nurse's satisfaction, within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of the Patient Care Services Administrator/CNO response, the grievance shall be referred in writing, via hand delivery, email with read receipt, or certified mail/return receipt, to the Chief Executive Officer or designated representative. The nurse, a Local Unit officer and WSNA representative shall meet with the Chief Executive Officer or designee and Patient Care Services Administrator/CNO within fourteen (14) calendar days of the written request to proceed to Step 3. The Chief Executive Officer shall issue a written reply within fourteen (14) calendar days following the Step 3 grievance meeting.

If an employee is transferred to a position outside of the bargaining unit, he shall retain his seniority accumulated up to the date of leaving the unit, but will not accumulate any further seniority. If such an employee returns to the bargaining unit within twelve (12) months, he shall be placed in a job consistent with his seniority. Such return shall not result in the layoff or bumping of an employee holding greater seniority.

  • Special Maternity Allowance for Totally Disabled Employees (a) An employee who:
