Nursing Service/Hospital Committees. Registered Nurses will be actively involved in nursing service and/or interdisciplinary quality improvement teams, directed at improving professional practices of nursing and patient care. Nurses will be paid their regular rate of pay for hours spent in quality improvement team meetings. The quality improvement teams will not discuss matters subject to collective bargaining.
