CAFETERIA DISCOUNT. As an UMMC employee, you are eligible for a discount in the hospital cafeteria when you display your employee badge.
CAFETERIA DISCOUNT. Subject to compliance with Public Hospital District laws and regulations, the Hospital will provide a fifteen percent (15%) discount on cafeteria purchases, not including retail purchases or drinks.

12.4 Wage Premium in Lieu of Benefits for Part-Time Employees. Part-time employees may elect the option of accruing PTO/EIB on a prorated accrual schedule, or a wage differential of twelve percent (12%). This election may be made upon initial hire or change to part-time job status. Thereafter, this election may occur once each year during the month of December. An employee's election under this paragraph is limited to one time each rolling twelve month period.
CAFETERIA DISCOUNT. The Employer will provide a cafeteria discount for its employees which extends to all satellite areas within the campus.
CAFETERIA DISCOUNT. A nurse will receive a food/beverage discount (pre-tax) of ten percent (10%) on purchases in the Hospital’s cafeteria for the nurse’s personal consumption at the Hospital. (Participation in the discount program shall be subject to identification procedures, as determined by the Hospital.)
CAFETERIA DISCOUNT. During the life of this Agreement, the Hospital will maintain the employee discount of twenty percent (20%).
