O Flexibility. It is recognised by the parties that job creation and quality of life is vital to employees and the Electrical and Communications Contracting Industry therefore flexibility in taking RDOs may be achieved by the Employer and an employee(s) agreeing to change their RDOs to another mutually convenient day.
O Flexibility. Flexibility in taking RDO’s may be achieved by the employer and employee agreeing to change their RDO’s to another mutually convenient date. In order to preserve a workable 9-day fortnight for all concerned, the parties need to have flexibility in changing RDOs so as the Company is able to service the needs of its clients. RDO’s can only be taken on a Monday or Friday unless the employee elects otherwise. Advantages of a flexible RDO system include:
O Flexibility. 12.5.2(a) Flexibility in taking RDO’s may be achieved by the Employer and an employee agreeing to change their RDOs to another mutually convenient date.
O Flexibility. It is recognised by the parties that quality of life is vital to employees and the Company, therefore flexibility in taking RDO's may be achieved by the changing the RDO’s to another mutually convenient day in line with clause 22 of “SECTION 1” of this Agreement. In line with this, it is agreed that employees will not be permitted to carry over any more than two (2) RDO’s from one calendar year to the next.
