Objective of Committee. (a) The objective of this Committee will be to discuss and to attempt to resolve problems and complaints affecting either Party to this Agreement in a cooperative endeavour to promote harmonious relations between the Employer, the Employees and the Union.
(b) Subjects discussed by the Committee will not include any matter being processed under the Grievance or Arbitration procedures contained in this Agreement, unless mutually agreed to by the Parties.
