Obligation to pay fees. Subject to this clause and the Services meeting the Performance Criteria, SPREP must pay to the Supplier the Fees as set out in Schedule 3.

LICENSEE shall not, however, be relieved from paying full fees that accrued before the final decision, that are based on another patent or claim not involved in the final decision, or that are based on ARIZONA 's property rights.
