Observance of Applicable Law. The SPD shall undertake to establish, construct and operate the Solar Power Project in accordance with the PPA, Applicable Law including but not limited to the Grid Code (including the provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003), rules, regulations, policies bye laws and/or guidelines as framed by the Central Government, State Government, as amended/modified from time to time in establishment, construction and operating the Solar Project, the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Prudent Utility Practices.
