Occasional Attendance To Association Business. It is expected that all Association business, including, but not limited to, general membership meetings, Executive, local reps meetings, and other committee meetings, will be scheduled to avoid conflict with the participantsnormal work schedules. Provided, however, that there is no interference with the University’s operation or with the performance of the staff member’s duties, the University agrees that an Association Representative shall not be penalized for occasional attendance to Association business during University operating hours.
