Occupational Health Examinations. (a) Where the Employer requires an employee to undergo an occupational health examination by a qualified practitioner, chosen by the employee, the examination will be conducted at no expense to the employee. An employee shall be granted leave with pay to attend the examination and the Employer shall assume the cost of any travel expenses. All occupational health information, forms and records transmitted or used in connection with these occupational health examinations will be conveyed to the employee involved and maintained in a medical confidential status and retained within the medical community.
