Education Leave With Full Allowance In Lieu Of Salary. An allowance equivalent to one hundred percent (100%) of present salary will be paid to employees on education leave, when: an employee whose skills become technically obsolete requires retraining to satisfactorily carry out work; an employee agrees to undertake a full course of studies at the request of supervisor when qualified persons can not be recruited to carry out essential work.
