Tentative Agreements During negotiations, items tentatively agreed upon shall be reduced to writing and initialed by both parties. Negotiating sessions will be at mutually agreed upon times and places.
Tentative Agreement 4.4.1 Both parties agree that it is their mutual responsibility to empower their respective representatives with the necessary authority to make proposals, to consider proposals and counter proposals in the course of negotiations, and to reach tentative agreements subject to ratification by the Board and the Association.
Collective Agreements There are no collective agreements affecting your terms and conditions of employment.

Except as specifically provided herein, modifications to the terms and conditions set forth herein may only be made with mutual written agreement of the Parties. Modifications may take the form of an update or an amendment. “
COPIES OF THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT The Union and the Employer agree that every employee should be familiar with the provisions of this Agreement and her rights and obligations under it. For this reason, the Employer shall make available copies of the Collective Agreement in booklet form to all of its employees. The cost of printing shall be shared equally between the Union and the Employer. The Agreement shall be printed in a Union shop and bear a recognized Union label. The Union and the Employer shall agree on the size, print and color of the Agreement and all other particulars prior to it being printed. Printing shall be completed as soon as possible after the signing of the Collective Agreement.

Complete Agreement; Amendments This Amendment and the Loan Documents represent the entire agreement about this subject matter and supersede prior negotiations or agreements with respect to such subject matter. All prior agreements, understandings, representations, warranties, and negotiations between the parties about the subject matter of this Amendment and the Loan Documents merge into this Amendment and the Loan Documents.
PJM Agreement Modifications (a) If the PJM Agreements are amended or modified so that any schedule or section references herein to such agreements is changed, such schedule or section references herein shall be deemed to automatically (and without any further action by the Parties) refer to the new or successive schedule or section in the PJM Agreements which replaces that originally referred to in this Agreement.
