Off-Site Improvements. Where applicable, the Subdivider agrees to construct and install off-site improvements pursuant to plans and specifications approved by the City of Avon. The financial guarantees for said off-site improvements have been included in the Performance Bond and Maintenance Bond set forth in this Agreement.
Off-Site Improvements. Developer shall install the following off-site wastewater collection system components in accordance with the Approved for Construction Drawings: N/A . Developer acknowledges that such requirement(s) are roughly proportional to the impacts generated from development of the Property.
Off-Site Improvements. The Developer shall construct all off-site Improvements shown on the recorded Improvement Plans for XXXXXX RIDGE SUBDIVISION following the design, engineering, and standards of the agency responsible for the Improvement(s). Off-site Improvements shall be included in the engineer’s cost estimate requirements as set for in Section 2 of this Agreement. Developer may seek pro-rata compensation for these off-site Improvements as provided for in Title 9 of the Teton County Code and Section 41 of this Agreement.
Off-Site Improvements. The DEVELOPER shall construct any and all off-site facilities that may be required to serve the PROJECT. Unless specifically noted in the Construction Plans and made a part of separate agreement with the CITY, the CITY shall not be required to reimburse the DEVELOPER for construction of off-site improvements.
Off-Site Improvements. Each type of off-site improvement for the Property shall be completed in accordance with the general development plan applicable to the Property.
Off-Site Improvements. Evidence that each type of off-site improvement for the Property that has been completed shall have been certified and/or accepted by any municipality, utility, county or other governmental entity whose certification or acceptance thereof is required;

Subject to any --------------------- limitation of law, Landlord shall take all such action as is necessary and prudent in order to permit Developer to install and construct the off-site improvements which are necessary to initially make the Premises suitable for development according to Developer's Basic Concept Documents. The costs of certain improvements shall be included in Offsite Costs in the manner set out in subsections 3.6 through 3.10.
Off-Site Improvements. If, at a later date, the City Traffic Engineer determines that development at the USPS Property substantially meets traffic signal warrants at intersections that previously had been identified for signalization but were later removed from consideration in 2022, those signals can be added back to the work to be paid for by the Broadway Corridor LID upon mutual written agreement of the parties and combined with the NW Park Work. Those signals include:
Off-Site Improvements. Off-site improvements are limited to those described in the scope of work, practically limited to replacement of curb, gutter and sidewalk without changing Xxxx Street/Parking Lot flowline/drainage pattern. If additional off-site improvements are subsequently required during the permitting process, we will notify you of the change in scope and provide an additional service request to cover the new scope.
Off-Site Improvements. The City Traffic Engineer has reviewed the Master Plan Transportation Impact Study as well as a subsequent signal warrant analysis performed as part of the design phase for the JKO work and determined that the following Off-Site improvements are sufficient to accommodate the added travel demand associated with the Broadway Corridor development through 2032:
