Offices and Personnel. Agent agrees to maintain offices and a qualified, properly trained staff, both from a commercial and technical standpoint, of adequate size to market, represent and solicit sales of the Products in the Territory. Agent will keep such staff informed of any and all changes with respect to Mirion’s programs and policies and with respect to the Products.
