OFLA Requirements. 9 Up to two (2) weeks of unpaid leave may be taken if requested pursuant 10 to OFLA requirements. Approval to take such unpaid leave will not be 11 unreasonably withheld. 13 7.9.3 Bereavement Pay. 14 Approval will not be unreasonably withheld for up to three (3) days’ leave 15 without bereavement pay in the event of the death of the brother or sister 16 of a current spouse. 18 7.9.4 Advance Notification. 19 By advance written notification to the employer, the amount of 20 bereavement leave described above may be taken by an employee at 21 times other than immediately after the date of death. The number of days 22 available for such bereavement leave will remain unchanged, but 23 employees may, within ninety (90) calendar days after the date of the 24 death request to take a bereavement leave on a specific designated day 25 during such ninety (90) calendar day period. In order to accommodate 26 such request, the employee must provide a written request to the 27 employee's supervisor no less than fourteen (14) calendar days before 28 the date the employee wishes to take off as part of the paid bereavement 29 leave described above. Notification may be less than fourteen (14) 30 calendar days with supervisory approval.

  • General The Trustee shall keep proper books of record and account of all the transactions of each Trust under this Indenture at its corporate trust office, including a record of the name and address of, and the Units issued by each Trust and held by, every Unit holder, and such books and records of each Trust shall be open to inspection by any Unit holder of such Trust at all reasonable times during the usual business hours. The Trustee shall make such annual or other reports as may from time to time be required under any applicable state or federal statute or rule or regulations thereunder.

  • Termination This Agreement may be terminated at any time prior to the Closing:

  • Amendments This Agreement may not be amended, modified or waived as to any particular provision, except by a written instrument executed by all parties hereto.

  • Limitation of Liability No provision hereof, in the absence of any affirmative action by the Holder to exercise this Warrant to purchase Warrant Shares, and no enumeration herein of the rights or privileges of the Holder, shall give rise to any liability of the Holder for the purchase price of any Common Stock or as a stockholder of the Company, whether such liability is asserted by the Company or by creditors of the Company.
