Quality Assurance Requirements There are no special Quality Assurance requirements under this Agreement.
Agreement Requirements This agreement will be issued to cover the Janitorial Service requirements for all State Agencies and shall be accessible to any School District, Political Subdivision, or Volunteer Fire Company.
Minimum Site Requirements for TIPS Sales (when applicable to TIPS Sale). Cleanup: When performing work on site at a TIPS Member’s property, Vendor shall clean up and remove all debris and rubbish resulting from their work as required or directed by the TIPS Member or as agreed by the parties. Upon completion of work, the premises shall be left in good repair and an orderly, neat, clean and unobstructed condition. Preparation: Vendor shall not begin a project for which a TIPS Member has not prepared the site, unless Vendor does the preparation work at no cost, or until TIPS Member includes the cost of site preparation in the TIPS Sale Site preparation includes, but is not limited to: moving furniture, installing wiring for networks or power, and similar pre‐installation requirements. Registered Sex Offender Restrictions: For work to be performed at schools, Vendor agrees that no employee of Vendor or a subcontractor who has been adjudicated to be a registered sex offender will perform work at any time when students are, or reasonably expected to be, present unless otherwise agreed by the TIPS Member. Vendor agrees that a violation of this condition shall be considered a material breach and may result in the cancellation of the TIPS Sale at the TIPS Member’s discretion. Vendor must identify any additional costs associated with compliance of this term. If no costs are specified, compliance with this term will be provided at no additional charge. Safety Measures: Vendor shall take all reasonable precautions for the safety of employees on the worksite, and shall erect and properly maintain all necessary safeguards for protection of workers and the public. Vendor shall post warning signs against all hazards created by the operation and work in progress. Proper precautions shall be taken pursuant to state law and standard practices to protect workers, general public and existing structures from injury or damage. Smoking: Persons working under Agreement shall adhere to the TIPS Member’s or local smoking statutes, codes, ordinances, and policies.
Quality Assurance/Quality Control Contractor shall establish and maintain a quality assurance/quality control program which shall include procedures for continuous control of all construction and comprehensive inspection and testing of all items of Work, including any Work performed by Subcontractors, so as to ensure complete conformance to the Contract with respect to materials, workmanship, construction, finish, functional performance, and identification. The program established by Contractor shall comply with any quality assurance/quality control requirements incorporated in the Contract.
Project Requirements 1. Project must conform to regulations under 24 CFR Part 92, commonly known as the HOME Regulations.
CONTRACT COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENT The HUB requirement on this Contract is 0%. The student engagement requirement of this Contract is 0 hours. The Career Education requirement for this Contract is 0 hours. Failure to achieve these requirements may result in the application of some or all of the sanctions set forth in Administrative Policy 3.10, which is hereby incorporated by reference.
Equipment Requirements No Equipment is provided to Customer as part of this Service.
Health Requirements A. Provider shall remain in compliance with all applicable federal, state, county, and municipal, statutes, laws, ordinances, regulations, and guidelines, as well as any Board guidelines, policies, and rules in effect now or later, and as amended from time to time related to COVID-19.
B. Provider shall comply with evolving requirements to protect the health and safety of Student Participants and staff, as expressed in local, and state guidance from various government agencies. This includes, but is not limited to, adhering to all health and safety guidelines issued by CPS, IDPH, and CDPH related to COVID-19. Provider acknowledges these health and safety guidelines are subject to change.
C. Required health and safety practices may vary across age groups and settings. Provider shall comply, at a minimum, with all health and safety mandates issued by the State of Illinois and the City of Chicago and guidance from the Illinois State Board of Education (“ISBE”).
D. Under Chicago’s March 19 Public Health Order, congregate facilities (such as long-term care facilities, childcare settings, correctional facilities, etc.) must immediately report to CDPH clusters of COVID-19 patients, defined as two or more confirmed cases of COVID-19 occurring within 14 calendar days of each other at a facility. To report positive cases, Provider must complete the COVID-19 Online Case Report Form found at the following website: xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/surveys/?s=FR7MAJAY84. A copy of the current COVID-19 Online Case Report Form is attached and incorporated into this Supplemental Scope as Attachment A. Provider must also comply with additional operational, reporting and tracing requirements established by CPS.
E. As of July 13, 2020, interim guidance issued by CDPH encourages notification for every COVID-19 case. Developer Operating Requirements The Developer must comply with the Transmission Owner’s operating instructions and requirements including but not limited to Transmission Owner’s Operation Coordination Agreement, as it may change from time to time. The Developer must comply with all applicable NYISO tariffs and procedures, as amended from time to time. Whether or not the Large Generating Facility is eligible for the Transition Period LVRT Standard set forth in Appendix G will be determined by the Commission. The Large Generating Facility will comply with the Transition Period LVRT Standard pending issuance of an order by the Commission determining the appropriate LVRT standard. For purposes of compliance with Appendix G, the Transmission Owner has determined that the Developer shall maintain the Large Generating Facility in service during a three-phase fault for 7 cycles. Infrastructure security of New York State Transmission System equipment and operations and control hardware and software is essential to ensure day-to-day New York State Transmission System reliability and operational security. The Commission will expect the NYISO, all Transmission Owners, all Developers and all other Market Participants to comply with the recommendations offered by the President’s Critical Infrastructure Protection Board and, eventually, best practice recommendations from the electric reliability authority. All public utilities will be expected to meet basic standards for system infrastructure and operational security, including physical, operational, and cyber-security practices.
