On-Call Nurse Eligibility. 2 An on-call nurse is eligible for the differential as described in paragraph A above 3 for hours worked in excess of thirty-six (36) hours per work week, when such 4 excess hours result from the on-call nurse working extra shift(s) of at least four 5 (4) hours each in duration at the request of the Hospital.
