Educational Funds. ‌ Any educational funds CONTRACTOR receives from an LEA for educational costs shall be used solely for educational costs and not for costs of a residential program (Ed. Code § 56366.5). CONTRACTOR shall maintain records which accurately account for receipt and expenditure of funds received for educational costs.

Educational Funds. 15 The Hospital will provide up to $15,000 in each calendar year ($18,000 effective 16 January 1, 2012) for assistance in paying for registration fees, required materials, 17 travel, meals, lodging and parking in conjunction with educational courses for 18 regular nurses and for on-call nurses who have worked at least 400 hours for the 19 Hospital in the preceding twelve months. One-quarter (1/4) of the annual amount 20 specified in the preceding sentence will be allocated to each calendar quarter of 21 that year.   • Education Fund Full-Time and Part-Time 27.01 If the Local Union indicates to the Hospital that a special assessment of $0.03 per hour for Union education applies to all bargaining unit members, the Hospital agrees to deduct this assessment. Such assessment along with a listing of employees will be paid on a quarterly basis into a trust fund established and administered by the applicable SEIU Local Union for this purpose.

  • Selection Planning Prior to the issuance to consultants of any requests for proposals, the proposed plan for the selection of consultants under the Project shall be furnished to the Association for its review and approval, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines. Selection of all consultants’ services shall be undertaken in accordance with such selection plan as shall have been approved by the Association, and with the provisions of said paragraph 1.
