On-Call Rates a. Migrating Employees will retain their on-call rates in accordance with clause 10 of the Copied State Award.
On-Call Rates. For the term of this agreement “On-Call Duty” will be as follows: Effective April 1, 2010, “On-Call Duty” will be paid $195.00 per week, plus $40.00 for each Statutory Holiday. Effective April 1, 2011, “On-Call Duty” will be paid $205.00 per week, plus $40.00 for each Statutory Holiday. Effective April 1, 2012, “On-Call Duty” will be paid $215.00 per week, plus $40.00 for each Statutory Holiday.
On-Call Rates. A rate of per hour is established for "on-call'' employees hired after November Gender Throughout this Agreement, the singular shall include the plural and the masculine gender shall include the feminine gender, or vice versa, as the context of this Agreement may require.
