On-Site Management. Not less than [number longhand~] ([number~]) responsible managerial person(s) of the Owner will be available not less than 24 hours per day, seven days per week. [Longhand Number of Manager Units~] ([#~]) rent-free or rent-discounted Unit(s) may be provided for the on-site manager(s), with a maximum of one Unit per manager. Such personnel will in every instance be in the Owner’s employ. Compensation for the services of such employees (as evidenced by certified payroll(s)) will normally be considered an operating expense of the Project, unless further restricted in the Management Agreement or disapproved or otherwise limited by OHCS.

On-Site Management. 1. Tenant shall employ and designate to County a competent manager (“Tenant Manager”) who shall be responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance, cleanliness, and general order of the Premises. Tenant Manager shall be vested with the authority of Tenant with respect to the supervision over the operation and maintenance of the Premises, including the authority to enforce compliance by Tenant’s agents, employees, subtenants, concessionaires, or licensees with the terms and conditions of this Lease and any and all rules and regulations adopted hereunder. Tenant shall notify County in writing of the name of the manager currently so employed, as well as successor managers, in the manner as provided in the Clause 65 (NOTICES) below.

On-Site Management. ‌ Each subtenant must cause one or more of its principal owners and/or management employees to spend a significant amount of time on-site focused on the operation of such subtenant’s business. Such subtenant representative may not be an employee of Concessionaire.

A reference copy of the Contract shall be kept in the Contractor's local office for the benefit of the local manager.

Such manager shall be fully authorized to represent and act for Concessionaire in the operation of the concession and to accept service of all notices provided for herein, provided such notice is simultaneously delivered to Concessionaire in accordance with §14.15. At times when this manager is not present at the Airport, Concessionaire shall assign or cause to be assigned a qualified subordinate to be in charge of the Concession Space, services, and facilities. Such qualified subordinate shall be available at the Concession Space to act for such manager.
