On-Us Entries. Except as provided in Section 17, Rejection of Entries, or in the case of an Entry received for credit to an account maintained with Financial Institution (an "On-Us Entry"), the Financial Institution shall credit the Receiver’s account in the amount of such Entry on the Effective Entry Date contained in such Entry, provided the requirements set forth in Section 12 (b) (i), (ii), and (iii) are met. If any of those requirements are not met, the Financial Institution shall use reasonable efforts to credit the Receiver’s account in the amount of such Entry no later than the next Business Day following such Effective Entry Date.

On-Us Entries. Except as otherwise provided herein, in the case of any Entry received for credit/debit to an account maintained with the Bank (an “On-Us Entry”), the Bank shall credit/debit Receiver’s account in the amount of such Entry on the Effective Entry Date contained in such Entry, provided the requirements set forth in clauses (i) and (ii) of Section 5(c) of this Attachment are met. If one of those requirements is not met, the Bank shall use reasonable efforts to credit/debit the Receiver’s account for the Entry on the next Business Day following such Effective Entry Date.

If either of those requirements is not met, the Bank shall use reasonable efforts to credit or debit the Receiver's account on the next business day following such Effective Entry Date.

If said requirements are not met, we may use reasonable efforts to credit the Receiver’s account in the amount for such Entry no later than the next business day following such Effective Entry Date.
On-Us Entries. Except as provided in this Section 6.8, in the case of an Entry received for credit to an account maintained with Bank (an "On-Us Entry"), Bank shall credit the Client's Reserve Account in the amount of such Entry on the Effective Entry Date contained in such Entry, provided the requirements set forth in Section 6.4 are met. If these requirements are not met, Bank shall use reasonable efforts to credit the Client Reserve Account in the amount of such Entry no later than the next business day following such Effective Entry Date.
On-Us Entries. Provided an Entry complies with the ACH Requirements, we will credit or debit, as applicable, the Receiver’s account in the amount of the Entry on the Effective Entry Date; however, we may delay posting as required or permitted by the ACH Requirements or reject an Entry as provided below. If the On-Us Entry fails to comply with the ACH Requirements, we will use reasonable efforts to credit or debit the Receiver’s account in the amount of the Entry no later than the next Business Day following the Effective Entry Date or at such later time as required or permitted by the ACH Requirements.

If either of those requirements are not met, the Credit Union shall use reasonable efforts to credit the Receiver’s account on the next business day following such Settlement date.
