Online and Interactive Distance Learning Courses. Faculty members who are assigned to teach online courses and interactive distance learning courses, for the first time, will be provided notification as soon as possible but no later than August 1 for fall semester and December 15 for spring semester unless exceptional circumstances exist that prevent meeting these deadlines, as well as, prior training in the operation of the technical equipment to be used for such courses. Resources such as hardware and software necessary to design and deliver the course will be provided to faculty members. Technical and pedagogical assistance in the preparation of materials for interactive distance learning and online courses will be provided. Logistical support will be provided for distribution of instructional materials and testing at each remote site for interactive distance learning courses. Faculty teaching via interactive distance learning will receive incentive pay for a three (3) credit hour course at the rate of $250 per remote site. The number of remote sites shall be limited to no more than three per course. Any exception to this limit must be approved by the appropriate Xxxx in consultation with the faculty member. Incentive pay for interactive distance learning courses which are either less than or more than three (3) credit hours will be in proportion to this rate. Online course enrollments will be capped at thirty (30) students per course. If the course enrollment exceeds thirty (30) students, the faculty teaching the course will receive the equivalent of two-thirds (2/3) in-state tuition per student above the enrollment cap. For the purpose of this Agreement, an online course is defined as one where seventy-five percent (75%) or more of the instruction is delivered via internet. No video/audio tapes of distance learning classes shall be used after completion of the semester without the faculty member’s approval, which shall not unreasonably be withheld. Online and interactive distance learning courses taught will be treated as are all other courses with regard to load and evaluation, except that evaluation strategies and instruments will recognize the non-traditional character of such courses. Any new online course or distance learning course offered shall first follow customary approval procedures established by the College, which shall include initial approval for the development of such course by the appropriate Xxxx.   • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are in the SLA. The remedies above are Customer’s sole remedies for breach of the warranties in this section. Customer waives any breach of warranty claims not made during the warranty period.

  • Conversion of Wholesale Services to Network Elements or Network Elements to Wholesale Services Upon request, BellSouth shall convert a wholesale service, or group of wholesale services, to the equivalent Network Element or Combination that is available to Global Dialtone pursuant to Section 251 of the Act and under this Agreement or convert a Network Element or Combination that is available to Global Dialtone pursuant to Section 251 of the Act and under this Agreement to an equivalent wholesale service or group of wholesale services offered by BellSouth (collectively “Conversion”). BellSouth shall charge the applicable nonrecurring switch-as-is rates for Conversions to specific Network Elements or Combinations found in Exhibit A. BellSouth shall also charge the same nonrecurring switch-as-is rates when converting from Network Elements or Combinations. Any rate change resulting from the Conversion will be effective as of the next billing cycle following BellSouth’s receipt of a complete and accurate Conversion request from Global Dialtone. A Conversion shall be considered termination for purposes of any volume and/or term commitments and/or grandfathered status between Global Dialtone and BellSouth. Any change from a wholesale service/group of wholesale services to a Network Element/Combination, or from a Network Element/Combination to a wholesale service/group of wholesale services, that requires a physical rearrangement will not be considered to be a Conversion for purposes of this Agreement. BellSouth will not require physical rearrangements if the Conversion can be completed through record changes only. Orders for Conversions will be handled in accordance with the guidelines set forth in the Ordering Guidelines and Processes and CLEC Information Packages as referenced in Sections 1.13.1 and 1.13.2 below.

  • Internet Services Transfer Agent shall make available to Fund and Shareholders, through its web sites, including but not limited to xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (collectively, “Web Site”), online access to certain Account and Shareholder information and certain transaction capabilities (“Internet Services”), subject to Transfer Agent’s security procedures and the terms and conditions set forth herein and on the Web Site. Transfer Agent provides Internet Services “as is,” on an “as available” basis, and hereby specifically disclaims any and all representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding such Internet Services, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance. Transfer Agent shall at all times use reasonable care in performing Internet Services under this Agreement.

  • The Web Services E-Verify Employer Agent agrees to, consistent with applicable laws, regulations, and policies, commit sufficient personnel and resources to meet the requirements of this MOU.

  • Misuse of Internet-based Services You may not use these services in any way that could harm them or impair anyone else’s use of them. You may not use the services to try to gain unauthorized access to any service, data, account or network by any means.

  • COMMERCIAL REUSE OF SERVICES The member or user herein agrees not to replicate, duplicate, copy, trade, sell, resell nor exploit for any commercial reason any part, use of, or access to 's sites.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Internet Service In the event that internet is required during your stay, please verify that the Property selected provides the service. Rules of the House: In the event there are rules specific to your Property either required by the Owner or if applicable from an HOA, they will be posted at the home and your compliance is necessary. Rental Unit for Sale: Occasionally a Property may go on the market for sale. In such cases Agent reserves the right to show the Property to potential buyers. Agent will make every effort to schedule the showing at a time that is convenient for Tenant, so as not to interrupt your vacation. Tenant’s cooperation is appreciated. Consumable Products: Paper products, laundry/dish detergent, personal toiletry items and food staples are not included in the Properties. Linens: Linens are included with all Properties for reservations up to 2 days or more. If linens and towels are damaged or missing there will be an added fee to replace and/or clean those items. Linens and towels should only be used for sleeping in and drying off. Damaged or missing bath towels are $25, hand towels are $15, wash cloths are $10, sheets are $30, pillow cases are $15, and bath mats are $20. Damaged items might include makeup, blood stains, excessive dirt, tanning lotion, and human waste.
