Online/Mobile Banking. We offer a Home Banking service that you may access from a personal computer and mobile banking service where you may access your account remotely using a mobile device via Internet access. On joint membership accounts, each owner will need their own user name and password. You will need your assigned User ID and password to access your accounts, as instructed when you log on. Online/Mobile Banking. You may reach the Online & Mobile Banking Access at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/myhorizoncu/#/ or by visiting xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/ .You can use Online & Mobile Banking Access 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, although some or all of the Online & Mobile Banking Access services may not be available occasionally due to emergency or scheduled system maintenance. The use of your Logon ID is required to access Online & Mobile Banking Access. You can perform the following transactions on ALL ACCOUNT(S) TO WHICH YOU ARE AUTHORIZED AND HAVE BEEN GIVEN ACCESS TO: a. Obtain balances and other account information on share/savings and draft/checking accounts in addition to share certificates, IRAs, and loans. Online & Mobile Banking Access may NOT support information regarding Visa® credit card accounts. b. Make transfers between share/savings, draft/checking, and loan accounts. c. Transfer advances from your personal line-of-credit loan to share accounts. d. Review 200 days of share/savings history, 90 days of draft/checking history, 18 months of certificate history, 18 months of open-end loan history, and closed end loan history for the life of the loan. e. Make transfers from your share accounts to other share accounts that you share an association. f. View check copies and re-order checks.

  • Mobile Banking If Mobile Banking is activated for your account(s), you will be required to use secure login information to access the account(s). At the present time, you may use Mobile Banking to:

  • Mobile Banking Services Mobile Banking is a personal financial information management service that allows you to access account information and conduct transactions using compatible and supported mobile phones and/or other compatible and supported wireless devices (including phones, "Wireless Devices"). We reserve the right to modify the scope of the Mobile Banking services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking. You agree and understand that Mobile Banking may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some mobile telephone networks, such as while roaming.

  • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are described in the SLA.

  • Beta Services From time to time, We may invite You to try Beta Services at no charge. You may accept or decline any such trial in Your sole discretion. Beta Services will be clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation or by a description of similar import. Beta Services are for evaluation purposes and not for production use, are not considered “Services” under this Agreement, are not supported, and may be subject to additional terms. Unless otherwise stated, any Beta Services trial period will expire upon the earlier of one year from the trial start date or the date that a version of the Beta Services becomes generally available. We may discontinue Beta Services at any time in Our sole discretion and may never make them generally available. We will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with a Beta Service.

  • Online Banking Services We may provide Online Banking Services to you during the Term from time to time as described in this Agreement. You understand and agree that we may, and you authorize us to, provide Online Banking Services through one or more third party vendors. This Agreement does not apply to services provided under separate agreements with third party vendors that do not specifically reference this Agreement or that are not specifically referenced in this Agreement. Please refer to the online help and instructions on how to use our Online Banking Services. Such instructions are part of this Agreement. Please note that during your use of Online Banking Services, we may provide you with additional requirements and limitations regarding the use of Online Banking Services through the system by which we may provide Online Banking Services. You agree to be bound by any and all such additional requirements and limitations. You also agree to be bound by any and all of our published policies and procedures, whether published on the Web Site, through the Online Banking Services, or otherwise. Any and all such policies and procedures shall be a part of this Agreement.

  • Network Management 60.1 CLEC and CenturyLink will exchange appropriate information (e.g., network information, maintenance contact numbers, escalation procedures, and information required to comply with requirements of law enforcement and national security agencies) for network management purposes. In addition, the Parties will apply sound network management principles to alleviate or to prevent traffic congestion and to minimize fraud associated with third number billed calls, calling card calls, and other services related to this Agreement. 60.2 The Parties will employ characteristics and methods of operation that will not interfere with or impair the Parties’ networks, or the network of any third parties or Affiliated companies, connected with or involved directly in the network or facilities of CenturyLink. 60.3 CLEC shall not interfere with or impair service over any circuits, facilities or equipment of CenturyLink, its Affiliated companies, or its connecting and concurring carriers. 60.4 If CLEC causes any impairment or interference, CenturyLink shall promptly notify CLEC of the nature and location of the problem and that, unless promptly rectified, a temporary discontinuance of the use of any circuit, facility or equipment may be required. The Parties agree to work together to attempt to promptly resolve the impairment or interference. If CLEC is unable to promptly remedy, then CenturyLink may, at its option, temporarily discontinue the use of the affected circuit, facility or equipment until the impairment is remedied. 60.5 Any violation of Applicable Law or regulation regarding the invasion of privacy of any communications carried over CenturyLink’s facilities, or that creates hazards to the employees of CenturyLink or to the public, is also considered an impairment of service. 60.6 CenturyLink shall give advanced notice to CLEC of all non-scheduled maintenance or other planned network activities to be performed by CenturyLink on any Network Element, including any hardware, equipment, software, or system, providing service functionality of which CLEC has advised CenturyLink may potentially impact CLEC End Users. 60.7 The Parties shall provide notice of network changes and upgrades in accordance with 47 C.F.R. §§51.325 through 51.335. CenturyLink may discontinue any Interconnection arrangement, Telecommunications Service, or Network Element provided or required hereunder due to network changes or upgrades after providing CLEC notice as required by this Section. CenturyLink agrees to cooperate with CLEC and/or the appropriate regulatory body in any transition resulting from such discontinuation of service and to minimize the impact to customers which may result from such discontinuance of service.

  • Data Services In lieu of any other rates or discounts, the Customer will receive a discount equal to 20% for the following Data Services: Access: Standard VBS3Guide local loop charges for DS-0, DS-1 and DS-3 Access Service.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network or non- network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network or non-network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.
