INNO4COV-19 Open Call aims to provide financial support to companies with the aim of accelerating the development and commercialization of innovative solutions to tackle COVID-19 that have already been validated in relevant environments (TRL6-7 or higher) and that focus on one of the following technological domains: (i) Innovative diagnostic and screening systems; (ii) Environmental Surveillance; (iii) Sensors & Devices for Telemedicine and Telepresence and (iv) Protective equipment for People and safer Public.

The payments will be made to the Beneficiary subject to the receipt of an invoice or a filled out Financial Identification Form (FIF).1 If the Beneficiary chooses to send an invoice, the invoice must include the following information: • KYKLOS4.0 – Grant Agreement no. 872570 • KYKLOS4.0 Open Call #1 • The Stage to which the payment is associated [Stage 1 – Planning; Stage 2 – Implementation; Stage 3 – Commercialisation & Business Sustainability] • Beneficiary information (e.g., entity acronym) The invoice or the FIF is to be sent to: xxxxxxxxx@xxxxxx00xxxxxxx.xx. Payments will only be initiated once the work has been approved. Payments will be made no later than 30 calendar days after receipt of the invoice or FIF to the bank account of the Beneficiary as provided in Annex 8. All payments will be made in Euros. NOTE: If at any of the payment stages the KYKLOS4.0 team considers that the quality of work demonstrated and/or reported does not correspond to those agreed, the two parties may agree to a resubmission of a deliverable and respective reassessment.   • On Call 10.1.1 In the interests of healthy rostering practices, the parties agree that the allocation of on-call time should be spread as evenly as practicable amongst those required to participate in an on-call roster.

  • Minimum Call-Back Time An employee who is called in and required to work outside their regular working hours shall be paid for a minimum of two (2) hours at overtime rates unless the call-in is immediately prior to their normal work day, in which case there should be no minimum.

  • Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday An Employee who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double time and one-half (2½) for hours worked, plus a day off subject to this Agreement.

  • Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday‌ A team member who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double-time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double-time and one-half for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday. The scheduling of the lieu day shall be in accordance with Appendix 4.

  • On-Call Duty (a) Employees shall be paid one (1) hour of pay at the regular straight time rate for each six (6) hours of assigned on-call duty. Employees who are assigned on-call duty for less than six (6) hours shall be paid on a prorated basis.

  • Call Back Time Any employee called back to work after completion of his/her regular assignment shall be compensated for at least two (2) hours of work at the overtime rate, irrespective of the actual time worked.

  • Minimum Call-In Time Any employee called in to work on a day when the employee is not scheduled to work shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours pay at the appropriate rate of pay under this Agreement.

  • Election Day Employees shall be granted two (2) hours to vote on any election day only if, due to scheduling of work, they would not otherwise be able to vote.
